Food Safety Policy

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products due to health, safety, and quality control regulations.

Once a product has been opened, it is considered non-returnable.


Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns for unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date if:

  • The product remains sealed in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been used or altered.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and shipping package

After reviewing your claim, we may provide one of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

No return may be required for certain verified damage claims.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost during shipping:

  • Contact us within 7 days after the tracking status shows delivered or indicates a shipping issue.
  • We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate.
  • Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sprinkle On.


Exchanges

Because of food safety regulations, we do not offer exchanges on opened food products.

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale, distributor, and bulk orders may be subject to separate return policies and agreements.

Please contact our customer service team before placing large commercial orders if you have questions regarding returns.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened seasoning bottles or pouches
  • Used products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or free products
  • Custom-labeled or private-label products

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team before sending any product back.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
